We discovered that it is very hard to sell a two bedroom house - seems like everyone want three bedrooms, no matter how small those bedrooms are. Bryan was the best. I would recommend him to everyone! From start to finish he listened and helped us with everything we needed. This was our first home and Bryan was very patient as we went back and forth on the criteria of the home we wanted. Every home we saw, Bryan scheduled with the seller, had details of home history, and asked questions we would have never thought of. After we saw each home, he gave us the pros and cons of each house and addressed all of our questions. I love that he kept a binder with our name on it and included all the homes we saw and notes about each one. It gave a personal touch and showed he paid attention to detail. In regards to negotiation skills, we always asked for his recommendation. It always amazed us how accurate it was to the appraisal value compared to what the property may have been listed as. He also assisted us re-negotiating prices. If we felt that the seller was not budging on the price, we would stop and move on to the next property and Bryan was supportive of our final decision. As mentioned, I would recommend him to everyone looking for a new home or condo.
